Job summary

University of Oxford’s Ashmolean Museum seeks a leader for the Hard Facilities Management function. You will oversee maintenance, compliance and building services across the museum estate, managing staff, contractors and budgets while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role at 37.5 hours per week. DBS and Known Consignor checks are required, with development provisions for underfill candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management within a relevant environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety and project management principles.
• Experience in managing staff, contractors and budgets; excellent communication.
