Job summary

Ashmolean Museum is seeking a Senior Hard Facilities Manager to lead the hard facilities management function across the museum estate. The role focuses on maintenance, compliance and building services, with staff, contractors and budgets under your remit.

Based on the re-advertisement, an underfill at Grade 6 with a 12-month development plan and mentoring may be offered. On-site work is required, with DBS and Known Consignor checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within a relevant environment.
• Professional qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong health and safety and project management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, able to prioritise, IT skills and driving licence.
