Job summary

Cedar Estates is seeking a proactive Self Employed Carpenter to maintain and repair our properties in Greater London. You will work across sites delivering carpentry, decorating, and general upkeep to keep homes safe and functional. You should have at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, bring your own tools and vehicle, and be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Experience with rental properties is preferred. Flexible hours and local travel may be required.

Qualifications
