Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Workshop Manager / Supervisor for a site-based role in Andover. You will lead a busy aftersales workshop, oversee service, maintenance, repair, diagnostics and refurbishment of specialist machinery, and supervise a small enthusiastic team.

This hands-on leadership role is Monday to Friday, with a focus on health and safety, workshop records, and quality checks. A strong background in mechanical service and leading teams within agricultural/plant

Qualifications

• Experience in service & maintenance of agricultural, REME, construction, plant machinery
• Ability to lead and motivate a small, high performing team

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repair, diagnostics & refurbishment of specialist machinery
• Hands-on role with supervision of a small team
• Health & Safety, maintaining workshop records, QC/PDI inspections
