Job summary

Control Flow is seeking a Field Based Technician to cover Liverpool and the Wirral. The role involves visiting customers at home to reduce water waste, perform surveys, check readings, install devices, and provide practical advice.

You will also engage residents face-to-face to arrange appointments and explain benefits. You will visit households, perform surveys, record outcomes in the CRM, and manage equipment while working toward daily targets.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Hands-on maintenance or repair experience helpful.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit households across Liverpool and the Wirral to carry out water surveys and basic checks.
• Install simple water-saving devices and identify minor leaks.
• Record visits and outcomes and manage equipment and vehicle stock.
