Recra Ltd is seeking a practical and organised Warehouse Supervisor to support the smooth running of daily warehouse operations. The role is hands-on, covering goods in, goods out, stock tracking, and pallet preparation for storage and dispatch.

Key duties include receiving and checking deliveries, booking goods in/out, breaking down pallets, tracking stock, and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate will have some warehouse experience and supervisory exposure, plus strong organisational

Qualifications

• Some previous warehouse, goods-in or dispatch experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable maintaining accurate records and using stock booking systems.
• A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to get involved in daily warehouse tasks.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsabilités

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery paperwork, reporting any shortages or damage.
• Accurately book goods in and out, keeping stock records up to date.
• Break down incoming pallets and assemble pallets ready for storage or dispatch.
• Track goods received and monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Coordinate delivery requests and prepare goods for collection.
• Help organise daily warehouse activities to keep goods moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse, following health and safety procedures.
