Job summary

SeAH Wind is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to develop and assess the skills of our manufacturing workforce on a state‑of‑the‑art monopile facility. You will train on the factory floor and in classrooms, coach teams and individuals, and drive competency across welding, fabrication and related disciplines.

You will maintain competency records, develop engaging programmes and use learning systems to ensure training compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical or vocational training within manufacturing/engineering environments.
• A recognised training or assessor qualification (AET/TAQA/TAQA Assessor) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom training on the shop floor and in training rooms.
• Conduct workplace assessments and verify competency across manufacturing disciplines.
• Develop training materials, schedules and maintain accurate competency records.
