Job summary

Next-Link is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead IT-driven projects in the DTPS team, bridging IT infrastructure with Patient Solutions stakeholders. The role combines hands-on deployment with project oversight, ensuring timely delivery and quality across scientific systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT infrastructure or system integration experience.
3+ years of project management experience.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Higher National Certificates or Diplomas in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee all project phases from initiation to go-live for scientific systems within Patient Solutions scope.
Perform deployments and configurations on production servers and workstations in a non-GxP environment.
Manage Global Patient Solutions Lab projects within scope, schedule and budget.
Bridge IT infrastructure and non-technical teams to translate directives into actionable tasks.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress and identify risks or issues.
Coordinate with IT Security and Compliance to ensure requirements are met and reports reflect status.
