Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead data center infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.

You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage schedules and budgets, track risks, and ensure delivery from initiation to acceptance, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering Data Center, IT Infra, Network or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution.
• Track project progress and provide regular reporting to management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage technical documentation, change control, and project governance.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and project acceptance activities where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fluent English is required; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
