Qualifications

• In-depth technical knowledge of Networking and Virtualisation technologies.
• Proficient in backup and Cloud technologies.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team adherence to Service Level Agreements.
• Create and manage IT projects based on business needs.
• Monitor IT expenditure and make capital recommendations.

Skills

Networking and Virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)

Microsoft 365 services

Backup technologies (Veeam/Acronis)

Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Education

Industry recognised technical certification (e.g. Microsoft/AWS/VMware/CompTIA/Veeam)

Experience in regulated environments (GxP)
