Infused Solutions Ltd is seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead for an on-site role in Kent. You will balance coding with technical leadership, guiding a small team of engineers and owning backend design and delivery.

You will lead development using TypeScript and Node.js, shape engineering standards, and drive architecture decisions while mentoring team members and collaborating with Product, Delivery and Data teams.

Competenze

• Strong backend experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Proven track record building production backend systems.
• Experience leading a small engineering team or as a technical lead.

Mansioni

• Hands-on design, development and maintenance of backend services with TS/Node.js.
• Set engineering standards and lead by example.
• Design scalable APIs and backend services and make architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers and drive code reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Data and Commercial teams.
