Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Site Supervisor for a small fit-out project in Central Reading, starting 24 August for a 6-week duration. The role involves hands-on supervision of a small team of subcontractors on a live site, working closely with a client who remains in occupation during the works.

The ideal candidate will hold SSSTS and First Aid at Work, have proven experience supervising fit-out or small-scale construction projects, and be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Reading.

• Must have SSSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinating 2–4 subcontractors to deliver works safely and on time.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Deliver site briefings and keep accurate progress records and client liaison on-site.
