Job summary

Taylor Higson in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across its large format, litho and digital print operations. This role demands hands-on leadership in a privately owned SME with strong manufacturing capabilities.

You will lead sales performance, develop existing accounts, identify new markets and create a robust pipeline while collaborating with production, estimating and Directors to ensure profitable solutions and ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experienced print sales professional with a track record of profitable growth.
• Experience in selling manufactured print and cross-selling capabilities.
• Ability to identify new markets and develop a healthy pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a clear sales strategy to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
• Work to realistic sales targets through identifying and targeting new business opportunities across relevant markets
• Personally developing and winning new accounts
• Working closely with production and estimating to ensure commercially viable solutions
• Supporting the team with larger opportunities, pitches and negotiations
• Using the company's extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities to cross-sell
• Providing accurate forecasting and reporting to the Directors
• Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
