Taylor Higson in Central London is seeking two experienced sales professionals to drive growth in large format print and display solutions. This hybrid role offers uncapped commission and equity as the company expands its in-house production capabilities.

You'll join a growing team, selling Exhibition & Event Graphics, Retail Graphics, Banners, Stretch Fabric Displays, LED Lightboxes, Wall and Window Graphics, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience selling large format printed graphics.
• Established client relationships to develop in a new business.
• Sector experience in Retail, Construction, Property, Events or Exhibitions considered.

The new facility will house industry-leading equipment including:

• 2m Roll-to-Roll Printer
• 6m x 2.5m Flatbed Printer
• Plus finishing

With this investment comes an exciting opportunity for two experienced sales professionals to help shape the future of the business.

The Role

This is a genuine business development role where you'll be responsible for growing your own portfolio while working alongside a highly capable production team that genuinely delivers on its promises.

You'll be selling a broad range of large format print and display solutions including:

• Exhibition & Event Graphics
• Retail Graphics
• Banners
• Stretch Fabric Displays
• LED Lightboxes
• Wall Graphics
• Window Graphics

The business already generates a strong pipeline through its online marketing activity, but they're looking for sales professionals who can also bring existing relationships and continue building long-term partnerships.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a proven background selling Large Format Printed Graphics
• Has established client relationships they can develop within a new business.
• Ideally works within sectors such as Retail, Construction, Property, Events or Exhibitions (although other sectors will absolutely be considered).
• Is commercially driven but values building long-term customer relationships.
• Wants to join a growing business where they can genuinely influence its future.
