Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager or Project Manager within POS or large format graphics.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a print environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with experience in estimating and material selection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects, ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, action logs and reporting, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning and forecasting where required.
• Resolve day-to-day project queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate project and customer records while following established project management processes and best practices.
