Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our Marketing Department in Staffordshire. The role bridges technical, manufacturing and purchasing functions to shape the product portfolio.

You will manage product lifecycles, develop new product proposals, monitor market trends and pricing, and ensure packaging and specifications align with brand standards. Office-based or hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Manage and review products throughout their life cycle, from initial concept and launch through to rationalisation or withdrawal.
• Develop proposals for new products and supporting product launch programmes.
• Monitor competitor products, market trends, pricing, promotions and distribution activity.
• Carry out regular market analysis to ensure we are aware of our competition and economic indicators that may impact our business.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, technical information and packaging data.
• Take responsibility for product packaging requirements and future packaging developments, ensuring compliance and alignment with brand standards.
• Support promotional activity and using data analysis to assess its effectiveness.
