Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our Marketing Department in Staffordshire. You will forge links between technical, manufacturing and purchasing, develop and manage the product portfolio, and lead a small team to support product development.

This office-based and hybrid role covers lifecycle management, new product proposals, market analysis, packaging and promotional activity, reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, with a view to strengthening

Qualifications

• Experience in product development and marketing for technical consumables.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review products throughout their life cycle from concept to withdrawal.
• Develop proposals for new products and supporting launches.
• Monitor competitor products, market trends, pricing, promotions and distribution.
• Carry out regular market analysis to track competition and indicators.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, technical information and packaging data.
• Take responsibility for packaging requirements and future developments aligned with brand standards.
• Support promotional activity and use data analysis to assess effectiveness.
