Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for our Marketing Department. Based in Staffordshire, you will bridge technical, manufacturing and purchasing to develop and optimise the product portfolio.

The role leads a small team and reports to the Marketing Communications Manager, with a focus on lifecycle management, new product development and promotional activity. You will monitor market trends, pricing and distribution, ensuring packaging and specifications stay current, and

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, product marketing and product placement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from multiple departments using data.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced business with many hats.

Responsabilités

• Manage and review products throughout their life cycle from concept to withdrawal.
• Develop proposals for new products and launch programmes.
• Monitor competitor products, market trends, pricing, promotions and distribution.
• Carry out regular market analysis to track competition and economic indicators.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, technical info and packaging data.
• Take responsibility for packaging requirements and future packaging developments.
• Support promotional activity and use data to assess effectiveness.
