Job summary

Vanden Global Ltd in Lisburn is seeking an Operational Delivery Team Lead to balance hands-on account management with coordinating the wider service delivery team. You’ll focus about 75% on direct supplier and customer portfolios and 25% on leading the team’s day‑to‑day delivery.

• Strong Service Delivery or operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Review daily and weekly priorities and allocate resources where needed.
• Allocate or rebalance work when urgent customer, supplier, logistics or compliance needs arise.
• Act as first point of escalation for routine queries and operational questions.
• Take initial ownership of minor supplier and customer concerns and resolve them where possible.
• Lead operational and team meetings with clear priorities and actions.
• Coordinate issue resolution across Service Delivery, Logistics and other teams.
• Help implement SOP updates and practical changes to working processes.
• Identify recurring issues and gaps in ownership and suggest improvements.
• Promote consistent standards and clear communication across the team.
