Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support customer networks within a NOC.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents.
• Use monitoring tools to improve visibility and fault resolution.

Skills

Experience working with SMB networks

Solid understanding of Layer 2 switching

Hands-on exposure to firewalls

Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week

Familiarity with ITIL methodologies
