Job summary

Accelerated People Management Ltd seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our Crayford site. The role offers £50,000-£54,000 plus overtime, 4 on 4 off days, training and long-term stability.

You will work on heavy industrial equipment, tackling breakdowns and performing repairs with minimal retraining required. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical maintenance experience on heavy machinery, including gearboxes, bearings and hydraulics, and be able to diagnose faults independently

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
• Experience with gearboxes, bearings and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical breakdowns and fault finding.
• Carrying out basic welding repairs.
• Planned maintenance and machinery inspections.
• Supporting shutdown and overtime work.
