Job summary

Accelerated People Management Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a stable, family-run manufacturer in the Boston area. The role offers £50,000-£55,000 with optional overtime, 4 on 4 off shifts, training and progression, and significant site investment.

You’ll work on electrical and mechanical fault finding, PLC diagnostics, and installations across automated plant equipment. The right candidate will have an electrical bias and a Level 3 Electrical/Engineering qualification,

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with mechanical capabilities.
• Level 3 Electrical / Engineering qualification.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• PLC, motors, sensors, pneumatics experience.
