Job summary

Different Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Working Maintenance Manager to own the day-to-day maintenance across the portfolio. The role combines hands-on tasks and leadership of the internal maintenance team, ensuring work is logged, allocated and completed to a high standard.

The postholder will manage workloads, monitor productivity and coordinate with the Heads of Property and tenants, with a focus on cost control, preventive maintenance and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on residential maintenance experience required.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team or tradespeople.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise maintenance jobs raised by the office/property team.
• Log, allocate and close works in the maintenance system.
• Manage team workload, monitor productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Liaise with tenants and suppliers; inspect sites and ensure safety.
