Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a hands-on Logistics & Warehousing Coordinator to join its Reading team. The role combines logistics, shipping, inventory and warehouse operations, with duties spanning goods-in, packing, stock control, courier liaison and order coordination.

Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics or warehousing, strong organisational skills, and comfort with Excel and IT systems. A proactive learner who can support process improvements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel and IT systems.
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Goods-in, picking and packing.
• Liaise with couriers and logistics providers.
• Support import/export documentation.
• Manage stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate customer shipments.
• Process returns and repairs.
• Support warehouse and production operations.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse.
• Identify and support process improvements.
