Job summary

WSS Associates is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a leading real estate client in London. You will own data products from scoping through delivery, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Design, build, and optimise Tableau dashboards; define visualisation standards; drive analytics adoption across stakeholders. Requires 5+ years in data analytics or BI, expert Tableau (LOD, calculated fields) and advanced SQL (Snowflake/Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualisation, or BI consulting.
• Expert-level Tableau including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and enterprise deployment.
• Advanced SQL across Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

Our leading real estate client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing Data & Analytics practice. You will take ownership of delivery data products from scoping, development to stakeholder delivery and training. across complex, multi-source environments. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.

• Design, build, and optimise dashboards and self-service analytics in Tableau
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, outcome-focused visual analytics
• Define and enforce visualisation standards and best practices across the team
• Drive analytics adoption and data literacy across business stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualisation, or BI consulting
• Expert-level Tableau including LOD expressions, calculated fields, and enterprise deployment
• Advanced SQL across one or more of: Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

Candidates have to be avaialble within 4 weeks and be happy to work in London three days per week.
