Raspberry Pi Foundation in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Manager, IT & Cyber Security to lead the IT function, align cyber security with business goals, and ensure resilience across multi-site operations. You will shape policy, drive improvements, manage budgets and coach a team of IT professionals in a fast-moving charity environment.

The role demands strong stakeholder engagement, regulatory awareness (GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST CSF 2.0) and a track record of delivering secure, scalable

Formación

• Experience managing IT services and systems, including SaaS solutions.
• Experience with multi-site and international IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of cyber security standards like Cyber Essentials Plus or NIST CSF 2.0.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT and system improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with external partners.
• Experience managing budgets and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the IT support function and its service offering.
• Ensure IT systems meet organisational objectives.
• Own cyber security strategy with audits and testing.
• Maintain IT policy aligned with legislation and best practice.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT tools as priorities evolve.
• Oversee infrastructure and cyber security frameworks, including NIST CSF 2.0 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Contribute to data strategy, including data infrastructure and analytics.
• Oversee procurement and contract management with third parties.
• Oversee IT onboarding and training.
• Keep up to date with data protection laws.
• Develop and manage IT annual budget and plans.
• Coach and manage team performance.
