Job summary

The Raspberry Pi Foundation is seeking a Senior Manager for IT Support, Infrastructure and Cyber Security to lead and develop our IT function in support of the charity's mission. You will ensure secure, reliable systems and services, manage budgets, and drive cross-site improvements.

Reporting to Operations, you will lead a team of IT professionals, oversee cyber security and compliance (NIST CSF 2.0, Cyber Essentials Plus), and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful IT-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing IT services and systems, including SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multi-site and international IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalable operations.
• Strong understanding of information and cyber security, ideally including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF 2.0.
• Focus on user experience and ability to interpret business requirements to deliver IT and business system improvements.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop the service offering and capability of the IT support function at the Foundation.
• Ensure the Foundation has IT and business systems in place to deliver objectives.
• Own the cyber security strategy, with regular audits and testing.
• Own the Global IT Policy and ensure it is up to date with legislation and best practice.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT tools and business systems as priorities develop.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks, aligning with NIST CSF 2.0 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Contribute to data strategies, including data infrastructure, integration, and analysis.
• Procure services, manage contracts and liaise with third party suppliers.
• Oversee IT onboarding and training.
• Stay updated with data protection regulations.
