Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Working Foreman with Groundworks experience to manage multiple sites around Hampshire. The role is hands-on, requiring you to supervise operatives while also getting involved with groundworks and operating machinery where required.

You must hold a valid CSCS card, SSSTS qualification, and a First Aid certificate, with additional machine tickets such as 360 and Forward Tipping Dumper. Willingness to travel between sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven supervisory experience on construction sites.
• Able to work hands-on with groundworks when required.
• Reliable, hardworking and capable of taking responsibility on site.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site activities across multiple sites in Hampshire.
• Supervising and directing site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Getting hands-on with groundworks and general site duties when required.
• Operating machinery where necessary, in line with relevant tickets and qualifications.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards and within project timescales.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all sites.
• Coordinating labour, materials and equipment as required.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Leading by example and maintaining a strong, professional work ethic.
