Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead a busy shop floor. You will coach colleagues, maintain outstanding standards and ensure products are available and well presented to maximise sales.

You’ll plan workloads, respond to changing priorities, drive customer excellence and work closely with the store leadership team to deliver great experiences every day. The role offers training, development and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive store performance and standards.
• Comfort with planning, merchandising and stock availability.
• Willingness to work across days, evenings and weekends.
