Job summary

Employee Finder Ltd is seeking a hands-on finance and accounts professional for a small team. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, purchasing, stock control and business reporting, and own key business systems to keep operations running.

The role suits someone who can take ownership across a broad remit, works accurately on their own initiative and thrives in a varied, practical role rather than a narrow specialism. Xero and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in finance administration, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Good working knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with business systems (CRM/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration.
• Process sales and purchase invoices; manage AP/AR and credit control.
• Bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring and month-end support.
• Prepare management information and financial reports.
• Oversee purchasing from supplier enquiry to order placement and maintain supplier relations.
• Maintain stock records and coordinate replenishment.
• Produce regular operational/financial reports and manage spreadsheets/databases.
• Administer Zoho CRM, Manu ERP and Xero; ensure data integrity and day-to-day system management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies across finance and operations.
