2 Sisters Food Group in Flixton, Suffolk, is seeking an hands-on Engineering Team Leader to support our poultry processing operation on continental shifts. You will be a time-served engineer, strong mechanically and electrically, and ready to take the next step into leadership on a 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern.

As the senior engineering presence on shift, you will lead breakdowns, drive safe working practices, mentor other engineers, and work closely with operations to keep lines running

Qualifications

• Time-served, multi-skilled engineer with mechanical and electrical capability.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (food sector preferred).
• Experience in supervising or leading a team on shift.
• Willingness to lead by example and own issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead on shift and set engineering standards.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
• Report, escalate and resolve breakdowns and risks.
• Support and guide engineers on shift.
