• Proven track record leading NPD projects and teams.
• Experience delivering projects on time, within budget and to specification.
• Ability to establish specifications covering mechanical, electronic and software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver NPD projects on time, in full and to specification.
• Establish mechanical, electronic and software requirements and descriptions.
• Lead a small team of engineers/technicians/apprentices with project plans, budgets and timelines.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and certifications (e.g. EN61010).
• Contribute to NPD roadmap, transfer new products to manufacturing, and support existing products.
