Welocity.ai in London is supporting an established UK professional services business in the appointment of a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the next phase of its technology transformation.
The incoming CTO will identify where technology can deliver meaningful improvements, take solutions from concept and prototype through to production, and establish a roadmap aligned with commercial priorities across AI copilots, document intelligence, knowledge systems, workflow automation, cloud
Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives, ideally in professional services.
- Strong hands-on technical and implementation capability.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI technologies, APIs and automation frameworks.
- Track record of taking solutions from concept to production.
- Strong product mindset focused on usability, adoption and outcomes.
- Excellent senior stakeholder communication
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of AI and automation solutions, including copilots, document intelligence, knowledge systems.
- Prototype, build and deploy solutions using modern technologies, platforms and APIs.
- Develop scalable cloud systems, data pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Drive adoption and ensure new solutions become embedded in day-to-day operations.
- Define and deliver the technology roadmap in line with wider business priorities.
