Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Ability to understand and follow safety-critical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start and operate equipment across the coating department.
• Mix and deposit chocolate accurately, following recipes and specs.
• Complete quality inspections and record results.
• Monitor line performance, investigate issues and raise concerns.
• Ensure materials, equipment and resources are ready when needed.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, allergen control, hygiene and housekeeping.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Keep the line clean, organised and audit-ready.
• Support product trials, factory audits and improvement projects.
• Share knowledge and help train and develop colleagues.
