Job summary

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager in Benwell, Newcastle. The successful candidate will support day-to-day site operations, assist with snagging and finishing works, and be hands-on when required.

The role offers an immediate start, temporary/freelance status, and a pay rate of £20.00-£22.00 per hour. Applicants must hold SSSTS and a Gold CSCS card and be reliable and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
• Must hold a valid SSSTS.
• Must hold a Gold CSCS card.
• Willing to assist with snagging and finishing works.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Experience with paintwork touch-ups.
• Experience using sealant and carrying out minor finishing works.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the site.
• Hands-on involvement with snagging and finishing works.
• Support site team with finishing tasks and snagging if required.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.
