Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy care home development in Morpeth, Northumberland on a freelance basis. You will work closely with the Site Manager to support day-to-day management, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, conducting site inspections and maintaining health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities

Position: Assistant Site Manager
Contract: Freelance
Start Date: 7th of September
Duration: Three Weeks Cover
Rate: £26 per hour CIS

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy care home development in Morpeth on a freelance basis.

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Relevant site qualifications, including SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS.
• A proactive approach and ability to work as part of a wider site team.
