Job summary

Russell Taylor Group in North Wales is recruiting a Group Team Leader for Assembly & Despatch in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment. You will lead the Assembly and Despatch teams, allocate workloads, monitor production and quality, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus experience in lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems. IOSH qualifications would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or despatch environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP experience would be advantageous.
• Ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Assembly and Despatch teams daily.
• Allocate workloads and monitor production and quality performance.
• Manage dispatch activities and ensure orders are completed on time.
