• Carry a clinical caseload including trauma and routine hand conditions
• Perform splint fabrication and exercise prescription
• Manage scar and oedema, and support functional rehabilitation
• Involve in teaching and learning of new and rotating staff
• Supervise students and participate in clinical audits and service development
