Job summary

• 1st level NMC registration is required.
• 1st level degree or equivalent or working towards.
• Postgraduate qualification or evidence of postgraduate study.
• National practice assessor training or equivalent teaching/assessing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke clinical education, training and implementation of new processes in the Haematology unit across inpatient, day case, ambulatory and outpatient settings.
• Facilitate education and practice development for the multi-disciplinary team.
• Audit and monitor mandatory and specialist training within resources available.
• Act as a role model and mentor to the team, supporting practice development.
