Job summary

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a haematology post involving in-patient and out-patient duties, supporting the ward, day unit, clinics and procedure lists for bone marrow biopsies, intrathecal chemotherapy and Hickman line removal.

The role requires liaison with other specialities for referrals; you will gain experience in laboratory haematology and may work across sites within University Hospitals Tees. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in general medicine is essential.
• Experience in Haematology is desirable, but not essential, as all the training necessary to fulfil this post will be provided.

Job description

This is a post in haematology which will involve both in-patient and out-patient based duties including supporting the ward, day unit, clinics and procedure lists for bone marrow biopsies, intrathecal chemotherapy and Hickman line removal.
