University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Haematology Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) for the Day Unit and Outpatients. Qualifications

• Level 3 BTEC Diploma or equivalent in healthcare
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Care Certificate Completion

Responsibilities

• Undertake clinical and non-clinical tasks after training with appropriate referral
• Organise own daily workload and manage competing demands
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, privacy and confidentiality
• Support less experienced staff and orient new team members
• Use IT systems to secure accurate patient data
• Maintain a clean, safe environment complying with Trust standards
