Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Health Care Support Worker (Band 3) for the Cancer Care and Haematology unit at Wycombe Hospital. The post is part-time (22.5 hours per week) with cross-site duties across Wycombe and Stoke Mandeville Hospitals.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Care Certificate/working towards (where applicable).
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist registered nurse in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Provide fundamental nursing care (hygiene, eating and drinking, mobility) under supervision.
• Assist consultants with patient care during consultations.
• Carry out basic clinical observations under supervision after competency assessment.
• Maintain high clinical standards and a safe ward environment.
• Travel between Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe Hospital as required.
