Job summary

AWWG in London is seeking a Stock Replenishment Analyst to coordinate product allocation to stores, ensuring alignment with range plans and timely delivery.

You will provide weekly performance reports, review stock, manage inbound/outbound deliveries with transport and stores, set up replenishment in SAP, and help optimise stock levels to maximise sales.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word; IT literacy.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong administration skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly reports highlighting performance and stock availability.
• Review free-to-sell stock and rotate old lines across outlets.
• Maintain stock flows into outlets and track store stock intake.
• Update inbound/outbound delivery schedules and coordinate with transport and stores managers.
• Set up and maintain replenishment system on SAP.
• Aim to optimise stock levels to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify stock consolidations and actions.
• Communicate outcomes to stores and maintain relationships with stores/warehouse.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses with merchandiser.
• Familiarise with Retail Pro and SAP; participate in store visits.

The project!

Action the allocation of product to stores, ensuring these reflecting the range plans, in an accurate and timely manner.

What will the role entail?

• Providing weekly Monday reports, highlighting good and bad performers, and stock availability.
• Weekly Review of free to sell and actively shift old stock lines across all Outlets.
• Maintain regular stock flows into outlets, and keep track of stores stock intake.
• Update and monitor Inbound/Outbound delivery schedule, and liaise with transport and stores managers. Highlights any delays/issues with the above.
• Setting up and maintaining the replenishment system on SAP.
• Responsible for optimising stock levels, in order to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify and action stock consolidations.
• Monitor store requests and action responses in a prompt and commercial way.
• Communicate to stores the outcome of any action.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with stores, and warehouse and other department through the constant interactions and providing assistance where necessary.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis in conjunction with the merchandiser.
• Familiarise yourself with the relevant systems and gain a good working knowledge of Retail Pro and SAP.
• Participate in store visits in order to get a strong understanding of Brand identity, competitors, and the commercial environment in which we work.
• Be flexible in your approach to the demands of the business.
