Job summary

AWWG in London’s Savile Row is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to manage PO creation, placement and follow-up, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate order quantities in SAP MM.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor production progress, maintain PO data, and generate KPI reports. The role requires strong Excel skills, English at C1, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management or related discipline.
• English C1 requirement.
• MS Excel proficiency and SAP MM module expertise.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Create, place and confirm POs accurately and timely.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time production.
• Maintain PO data in SAP (dates, quantities).
• Track deliveries and production progress; identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate interdepartmentally and generate KPI reports.

The project!:

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to purchase order management, from the creation in our system (SAP), through to ex-factory. Helping to track and ensure on-time delivery of product and in the ordered quantity, for sampling and production. An exciting role with an international fashion brand, Hackett London, based in Savile Row in London.

What will the role entail?

• Creating, placing and ensuring confirmation of Purchase Orders (PO’s) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up with suppliers on PO’s; making sure that all orders are produced in time and according to agreed terms.
• All order related communication with suppliers.
• Maintenance in SAP of different fields in purchase orders (dates, quantities etc.)
• Monitor delivery dates and production progress reports, identifying potential bottle-necks.
• Interdepartmental co-ordination
• Ensure the best conditions are met to optimize our inbound flow / on time deliveries
• Communicating delivery dates to key markets
• Generating reports for analysis and KPI tracking
• Make sure all relevant deadlines are met.
