Job summary

Asmodee UK is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to drive performance in the H&I Sales channel through strategic leadership and continuous improvement. You will own P&L, oversee sales forecasting, and lead the Sales Admin and Sales Operations teams to deliver growth.

You will manage key accounts, deliver budgeted sales and profit targets, and develop robust PDPs and succession plans. Hybrid working and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a sales environment, preferably senior national accounts.
• Strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to deliver targets and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for the P&L of the H&I Sales channel.
• Accountability for sales forecasting of the H&I Sales channel.
• Development of the Sales Admin and Sales Operations teams.
