NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is recruiting a Staff Nurse for the Gynaecology service at Princess Royal Maternity Hospital. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to General Gynaecology and Gynaecology Oncology patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The post requires registration with the NMC, CPD evidence, and commitment to clinical governance and infection control. Fixed-term, part-time 33.2 hours per week with shifts, based in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on the NMC Register.
• Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is required.
• Knowledge of NMC standards and clinical governance.
• Familiarity with NHS policies, Health & Safety and infection control.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in Gynaecology.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and effective communication with patients and families.
• Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines and NHS policies.
• Support staff development and contribute to service improvements.
