Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a dedicated Gym Supervisor to oversee all activities in the gym, ensuring members receive a fabulous experience seven days a week. The role blends facility leadership with hands-on PT duties and class delivery when required, contributing to a vibrant member journey.

You will manage the Personal Training Team, support staff, and drive excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities that take place in the gym space.
• Ensure members receive a fabulous experience every day, seven days a week.
• Manage the Personal Training Team.
• Act as an active part of the gym team.
• Deliver Personal Training as an optional part of the role.

About the Role
