Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Gym Supervisor in Cambridge to oversee daily gym operations and lead the Personal Training Team. The role may include delivering Personal Training and classes, ensuring a consistently positive member experience seven days a week.

You will support and inspire members toward their goals, leveraging strong communication to engage with the gym team and customers. Prior fitness-industry experience and CIMSPA Level 3 are essential.

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• A passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.

About the Role

The Gym Supervisor monitors all activities in the gym space to ensure members have a positive experience every day, seven days a week. This combined role involves managing the Personal Training Team while also being an active part of the gym team. The postholder may also have the option to deliver Personal Training and classes.
