Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a motivated personal trainer to deliver high quality sessions, create programming plans, and guide members toward their fitness goals in our gym environment.

The role includes a 3 day PT induction to help grow your client base, flexible hours, and access to a range of training development opportunities, including CDP courses and sports massage qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to motivate and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

About the Role

The role involves delivering high quality personal training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The employer will support growing the client base with a 3 day PT induction and continued development through CDP courses. The role sits within a team that values belonging and an environment where teams can thrive physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.

• Passion for customer service.
• Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th session each week.
