Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Personal Trainer in Eastbourne to deliver high quality Personal Training sessions and develop tailored programming plans for members. You will guide clients in a gym environment to help them reach their fitness goals.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, strong communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate members, with a flexible 25+ hour weekly schedule and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.

About the Role

The role is for a Personal Trainer to deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans, and to guide members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will join a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does. The role is based in Eastbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Develop programming plans for members.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Have a passion for health and fitness.
• Be able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.

• Be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session, and £21 per session from your 16th session each week.
